Family law conference to tackle domestic violence and sperm donor issues
National Family Law Conference - Melbourne 18 – 21 October
A major national conference on family law in Melbourne will tackle how the law is and should be responding to current social issues such as domestic violence, early child-sperm donor contact, drugs and alcohol, cultural challenges to parenting disputes, and social media.
The conference is organized by the Law Council of Australia.
Lawyers from our relationship and family law department will be covering the event and blogging on issues of relevance to our clients and audience as they emerge from the conference.
