Kellie is a personal injury lawyer based in the Ballarat office.
She has a wealth of experience in personal injury, WorkCover, transport accidents and injury in public. She finds great satisfaction in helping and representing workers in claims arising out of workplace accidents, trips and falls, manual handling and repetitive motion injuries, assaults at work, work-related stress and psychiatric injury.
Kellie represents every day Australians who accidentally slip, trip and fall in public places including supermarkets, shopping centres and car parks. She has been involved in personal injury claims made against hotels, schools, sporting facilities, swimming pools, and tourist attractions.
Before commencing legal practice, Kellie was an Associate to His Honour Justice Ginnane in the Supreme Court and County Court. Kellie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland.
When not in the office, Kellie enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, trying to learn water polo and walking her Kelpie, named Jasper.
