Katharina (or Kat as she is known around the office) graduated with her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Deakin University in 2020 and just completed her Diploma of Legal Practices through the College of Law in 2022. Kat brings with her a special focus on the key legal areas of worker’s compensation (WorkCover), road injury (TAC claims) and injury in public places.

During her studies at Deakin University, Kat volunteered at the Deakin Law Clinic (a community legal service centre), focusing on their commercial law division, as well as at the Peninsula Community Legal Centre where they represented victims of family violence in the Frankston Magistrates Court. Kat is very passionate about animal welfare, often volunteering at local animal shelters, and has two pets of her own: Archie the dog and Chia the cat. She also considers herself to be a bit of a foodie and loves exploring Melbourne’s iconic food culture with family and friends.
